How Do We Wish To Achieve Our Goals?

SpeakINDIA focuses on four key areas:

Students learn to ask better questions, look for evidence, and move beyond rote learning. Each module encourages them to probe, explore, and discover new ways to apply their

learning from school.

1.  Inquiry-Based Learning

Learners are guided to recognise real-life problems – from their school, community, or wider world – and think through practical ways to respond. They practise breaking down issues,

weighing options, and working towards outcomes.

2. Problem Identification and Solution

Group activities help students take responsibility, share tasks, and navigate disagreements. The goal is not just to lead a team, but to understand how to contribute, support others, and

own decisions.

3. Collaboration and Leadership

Students develop skills in structured speaking, active listening, and constructive feedback. Whether they are presenting an idea, participating in a discussion, or responding to a question, they learn to be clear, calm, and respectful.

4. Verbal Communication

Problem Areas

1.

We are currently inhabiting a world where young learners are forced to interact with ideas available on the global stage.

This means that they are supposed to recognize such iterations within personal/collective media consumption as well as interpersonal relationships.

2.

Our contemporary society wishes to push young learners into tried and tested frameworks of employment. While this appears to be a moderately safe bet, it fails to account for a few things -

  1. Ever-rising levels of unhealthy competition.

  2. Little to no focus on the nature of said future employment.

  3. Little consideration for ever-growing fields of opportunity.

3.

Owing to the Coronavirus pandemic, young learners have had to rely on their digital devices and the internet more than any other generation thus far. This specific phenomenon urgently calls for a proper focus on internet literacy and practices.

What Do We Intend to Do?

Through SpeakINDIA, we want students to:

(a) rationalise learning from their school curriculum, rather than memorising it

mechanically; and

(b) bridge the gap between classroom content and real-life applications.

We shall be inculcating a critical thinking framework within this environment that directly equips young learners with the capacity to move forward with an inquisitive bent of mind. It is of the utmost importance that we encourage our leaders of tomorrow with curiosity.

Relying on competency- and outcome-based learning models, we provide a tailored critical thinking curriculum that can slot into existing timetables. Each module is structured with clear objectives and measurable outcomes, so schools can see how students are progressing over time.

How Are We Tech- and Data-Driven?

Detailed Analytics and Performance Report

Our modules are designed and linked to data points curated by mentors, collated by data scientists through our mobile application.

These data points help us navigate through the year-long program and understand patterns of improvement and growth.

These patterns are then quantified to give students
and the institution a breakdown of their performances
from day one.

Along with additional qualitative data attained through facilitators and mentors, these are correlated and a simplified report is shared in parts with each individual student.

SpeakINDIA

IMG_0717.JPG

SpeakINDIA is a classroom-ready programme that helps students think more clearly, speak

more confidently, and engage more deeply with what they learn in school.

Instead of treating communication skills as an extra, SpeakINDIA weaves critical thinking,

discussion, and problem-solving into regular lessons. The idea is simple: if students can ask

better questions, explain their ideas, and listen actively, they will understand their subjects

more deeply and be better prepared for the world beyond school.

These skills are not merely complementary to speaking; they form the foundation for how

students learn and show what they know. The ability to ask questions, organise thoughts,

listen to others, and respond with clarity cuts across subjects and careers.

SpeakINDIA is an academically oriented programme with a focus on helping students apply

knowledge from different disciplines to outcome-based, collaborative activities. Whether a

student goes on to study science, humanities, commerce, or the arts, the habits of mind they

build here – curiosity, reflection, and clear expression – will travel with them.
